ST-80 cylinders and manifolds are nothing new to Horizon Hydraulics. Our technicians and machinists are extremely fluent in these products. We use engineering drawings with proper tolerances and CNC machines to ensure top quality parts are manufactured on a consistent basis. With over 30 years of experience, we have developed new sealing systems and products for most of these cylinders which have been field tested by the hundreds.

Our repair quality can be identified by examples such as completely remanufactured trunnions on the torque and carriage cylinders in lieu of a pressed on repair sleeve which will dramatically decrease the strength of the trunnion which could cause the trunnion to break or shear off. You combine the engineering, top quality machining and the over 30 years of rebuilding experience and you have all the ingredients to create a superior rebuilt product.

We have a state of the art machine shop with multiple CNC lathes, CNC mills, automatic welders, skilled machinists. engineers, CAD, CAM and planning processes allowing us to produce high quality products consistently.
